You’ll learn how to fuel your body for strength, energy, and recovery without feeling deprived. Whether you’re balancing a busy family schedule, long work hours, or social commitments, our goal is to help you find a way of eating that works in the real world — so you can finally feel good about your nutrition and know it’s moving you toward the body and health you want..
1-on-1 LIFESTYLE COACHING

That’s why we include lifestyle coaching as a core part of the program. 

Together, we’ll identify the real obstacles that are holding you back — whether it’s time management, stress levels, recovery, or daily habits — and create a plan to improve them step by step. This personal attention ensures that your progress in the gym doesn’t get derailed by what’s happening outside of it, so you can experience change that feels lighter, more manageable, and lasting.

WHAT IS OPEX MONTREAL?

Hi, I’m Mizar, Owner and Head Coach at OPEX Montreal.

My journey in fitness started with gymnastics, first as an athlete and later as a coach. In 2009, I found CrossFit... a challenge that pushed me as both an athlete and coach, and eventually took me to multiple CrossFit Regionals. 

Along the way, I was fortunate to study under James Fitzgerald, founder of OPEX Fitness, who showed me that true performance and health come from more than just hard training.

That’s where OPEX Montreal was born. Our mission is simple: to guide people in Montreal toward long-term health, strength, and confidence, without the quick fixes or burnout cycles. We combine individualized coaching with small-group personal training, nutrition support, and lifestyle coaching so you have a clear path forward, both inside and outside the gym.

At OPEX Montreal, we start with your why. Why are you training? Why does it matter to you? From there, we align your goals with a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and powerful enough to create lasting change.
